Privacy Policy

This page explains what Ambelior collects on this website and when you book a call with us, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
AMBELIOR LLC, operating as Ambelior (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact@ambelior.com.
What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email, phone number, business name or Instagram, what kind of work you do, and the time you pick. Calendly collects this for us.
- After you book: your answers to a short form about your business (for example, your monthly revenue, how many people reach out and how many book), so we can prepare for your call.
- During the call: what you tell us about your business. Calls happen on Zoom. We don’t record calls. With your permission, we use a notes app that transcribes the call so we can listen instead of typing. Those notes are kept on the same 12 months as everything else.
- When you visit this site: cookies and similar tools record the pages you visit, whether you opened our calendar or booked, which ad brought you here, and basic information about your device and browser.
- From public sources: before your call, we look up publicly available information about your business, such as your website, social media profiles and reviews, so we come prepared. We use software, including AI tools, to help find and summarize it.
How we use it
- To hold your call and prepare for it.
- To follow up if a call is cancelled or missed. That’s up to three emails.
- After your call, to send you your written Plan or a summary, by text if you give us your number for it, or by email, and up to three follow-up messages.
- To send you occasional emails about Ambelior, such as new services. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure which of our ads work, and to show them to people likely to be interested.
- If you become a client, to deliver the work under our agreement.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this for us: Calendly (booking), Zoom (calls), Google (our records), our email provider, our hosting providers (where our booking system runs and keeps its records), research and AI tools, Granola (meeting notes), and Meta (ads). If Ambelior is ever sold or merged, your information would go with it under this policy. We also share it if the law requires us to.
We don’t sell your information. The details you enter when you book are never sent to Meta or any other advertiser.
Cookies and ads
This site uses the Meta Pixel. It lets Meta, and us, see when someone visits the page, opens our calendar or books a call, so we can measure our ads and show them to the right people. Meta may collect information about your visit here and on other websites over time, and uses it under its own privacy policy.
To opt out of ads based on your activity:
- Change your ad settings on Facebook or Instagram.
- Use the opt-out tool at optout.aboutads.info.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser.
Our site doesn’t respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. The options above still work.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for 12 months after the last time you booked, met with us or replied to us. Then we delete them from our records, and from the services we use wherever those services let us. If you become a client, we keep what our agreement requires, for as long as it requires.
Your choices
- To see, correct or delete what we have about you, email contact@ambelior.com. We’ll reply within 30 days.
- To stop our emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of them. We’ll still send messages about a call you’ve booked.
Security
Only Ambelior can access your information, and we keep it inside the services listed above. No system is perfectly secure. If something goes wrong that affects your information, we’ll tell you.
Where it’s handled
We run Ambelior from Costa Rica. The services we use store information in the United States and other countries.
Children
Ambelior is for business owners. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top and say what changed.
